At Embark Vet, we want you and your furry companions to love our apparel. If your purchase isn't quite the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
